Access Program

Access for every child

The Children’s Discovery Museum’s Access Program aims to reduce financial barriers to our hands-on educational programming for preschool and school aged children, with a focus on underserved children living in poverty or experiencing other difficulties in accessing the enriched learning-through-play environment at the Children’s Discovery Museum.

Each year, we welcome 50 classrooms from Saskatoon’s Community Schools, thanks to the generosity of our funders. These fully sponsored visits include transportation and their choice of one of our popular Discovery Programs.

To find out if your classroom is eligible to visit as part of our Access program, call 306-683-2555 or email us at discovery@museumforkids.sk.ca.

If you are interested in supporting our Access program with a donation or a sponsorship, contact Carla Loney-Tindall, Board Director, at carlalt@sasktel.net.
