Volunteer

As a non-profit organization, the Children’s Discovery Museum relies heavily on volunteers and we are lucky to have so many wonderful people working with us!

We are currently looking for people to help out in the Museum. Museum attendants will keep the exhibit spaces clean and safe, answer questions, and help visitors get the most of out of their Museum experience. we request museum attendants commit to 30 hours of volunteer time in the museum. If you have a special skill or talent, we are always looking for people willing to volunteer some of their time as a guest speaker in our ongoing programming activities.

Other volunteer opportunities include fundraising, marketing, grant writing, event planning, designing and implementing programs and activities, business planning, etc. Please contact the Volunteer Co-ordinator if you are interested in volunteering with us!
